Need help submitting a warranty claim?

 

To file a warranty claim on your Home, please visit your BuilderTrend App. You can find "warranty" under the ‘Project Management’ tab.

HOW CAN I SUBMIT A WARRANTY CLAIM?
Each warranty claim must be submitted to our BuilderTrend service. Below we have each step needed to take to submit a claim.
 
CLAIM STEPS

  • 1. Log into BuilderTrend
  • 2. Click the warranty tab at the top of the page
  • 3. Click new claim
  • 4. Select a category from the list provided
  • 5. Enter a brief description in the box provided.
  • 6. Multiple items can all be listed under one claim
  • 7. Choose the priority level
  • 8. Fill in a detailed description
  • 9. Upload any photos on the right side of the request form
  • 10. Click “save request” to send the warranty request
DOES ASGi HOMES WARRANT YOUR NEW HOME?
Every home we build is entirely warranted for a full year, with a ten-year warranty provided for the structural elements of the home.
HOW CAN I LOG IN TO BUILDERTREND?
Once you have setup or received your login credentials you can login by going to www.buildertrend.net
or by downloading the Buildertrend app within the App Store for iOS devices or the Google Play Store
for Android devices. Your username and password will login you into either platform.
HOW DO I NAVIGATE BUILDERTREND?
To view information within Buildertrend you can either click on the “What’s Happening” section to view new items or you can click on the any of tabs on the top banner to view information specific to the tab.
On the mobile app you can click on the three bars in the top left-hand corner and choose the
information you’d like to view.
HOW CAN I SEE ACTIVE WARRANTY CLAIMS?
The warranty tab will allow you to view any warranty claims that have been added along with service appointments that have been scheduled to take care of the claims.
HOW CAN I CONTACT BUILDERTREND?
